Does my Provider have insurance?

Every Transport is backed up to $10k by our Herculeze SHIELD. Our SHIELD, however, is secondary coverage to any insurance or policies you already have in place. These would include cargo insurance, medical insurance coverage, renter’s insurance, homeowner’s insurance or an umbrella policy (“Personal Insurance”). In addition, all complaints must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the action giving rise to the Claim. To submit a claim, please click here.

Herculeze will compensate (a) Users - both Clients and Providers - up to $10,000 per occurrence for Losses arising from:

(i) Property Damage as a direct result of negligence of a Provider during performance of a Transport; or

(ii) Bodily Injury sustained by a Client, Provider or a third party as a direct result of negligence of a Provider during performance of a Transport, or

(iii) Clients up to $10,000 per occurrence for Losses arising from Theft of Client’s, Provider’s or a third party’s property by a Provider during performance of a Transport
